Sean was great in helping fix our issue and also did some extra checks to make sure all is good with plumbing in the entire house as a courtesy. ME Flow has been great and I always get tech's who are certified and caring about their customers.. Job Well Done Sean and Team.
Alex was our tech and did a thorough job in analyzing our heat and a/c system. I felt he was extremely well versed in knowing our system and what it needed at a reasonable cost. We will be looking to replace our whole a/c system and heater in the near future and will be sure to call M.E. Flow.

Another smooth visit by M.E. Flow! Dustin S. was my technician this time to check my heating unit for its yearly check-up, and he was very professional and polite! No issues were found with the unit, and he did not try to push any extra services, which I appreciated. I'll keep using M.E. Flow as long as they keep up this level of service. Highly recommend their yearly service plan, which will save homeowners huge repairs bills down the road.
We had a major plumbing problem that shut off the HVAC unit. I was frantic & cold, and MEFlow staff called me back after hours to get me help. Alex came out the very next morning and put my mind at ease. He explained what happened and how I could handle it in future. He put everything to rights. He was not only informative, but graciuos, too. It was definitely a great decision to get contract with MEFlow this year.
