I had a new heating system installed recently. Very impressed with the professionalism of the 3 technicians provided. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail of what they were doing. Great Job!

I recently had a new faucet installed for the lavatory in my bathroom. The facet had been putting out yellow water just after it was turned on. The fourth plumber I tried was from M. E. Flow. He looked at the problem and told me there was an inappropriate nipple in the faucet. It had been assembled with an iron (gas) pipe nipple. He disassembled the faucet, removed the iron pipe nipple and replaced it with a brass nipple. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

My furnace stopped working in Feb. 2018. I called ME Flow for diagnostics and a replacement part (inducer) would have cost almost $1000. We decided to replace the furnace instead. ME Flow submitted a better price than the competition and replaced my furnace, air filtration and humidifier. The work took all day with three techs. The replacement looks professionally done, all components functioning well, all debris hauled off, the space cleaned up. So far, we’re pleased.

I had two different problems with my HVAC. At 5:15 I called the Alexandria location and within an hour the technician named Fabian arrived. Within minutes after examining the equipment he diagnosed and fixed what I thought was the most serious problem of the fan, and then also diagnosed the second problem and installed a new theromostat. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledegable. Two and one half hours later all was well at a fair price.

I USED ME-FLOW IN NOVEMBER.....BIG ERROR ON MY PART. TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF PRICE-WISE. CERTAINLY NOT MY FIRST RODEO BUT THE FACTS ARE THE FACTS REGARDLESS OF HOW ME FLOW RESPONDS AND ATTEMPTS TO JUSTIFY THIS. TH TENANT HAD TRIED TO MAKE A SIMPLE REPAIR ON SUNDAY NIGHT AND ENDED UP BREAKING A PIECE OF PVC PIPE OFF JUST BELOW THE FLOOR LINE BEHIND THE TOILET. ME Flow converted my heating oil system to natural gas and I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I received. The company has top notch employees who really care about their customers. I specifically want to mention Rich and Rodney who were my initial contacts and coordinated with Washington Gas to Arturo and Kevin who did all the plumbing and installations. I would highly recommend this family owned business for HVAC and plumbing needs.

I had a hit-and-miss experience with M.E. Flow. Every person I dealt with was wonderful. The ladies who answered the phones were very nice, and my technician Jesus was excellent! Kudos to the excellent team of employees. The one issue is M.E. Flow provided me a (very large) 4-hour window for them to make a service call, when many other companies can narrow down the window to 2-3 hours.
