We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. To our good fortune, ME Flow sent Nii to help us out. He immediately identified the problem as the wax ring on our upstairs hall toilet had deteriorated enough to leak. He had a new one installed and cleaned up the bath within the hour. Nii was very knowledgeable and extremely considerate and personable. We are thrilled with the job and will definitely ask for Nii if the need arises again!

Even though it was hot today, getting late, and he still had another job after mine, Kevin took the time to trouble-shoot, explain what needed to be done, and double-check that the necessary repairs solved the problem.
