We were called prior to the tech's arrival to tell us his arrival time and that he was not the tech we requested (he retired). Arturo Mejia arrived before the time, checked out the A/C, explained several things to us in a clear manner. He was pleasant, informative, professional. I asked him if he minded if we asked for him the next time and he was gracious and said he would be pleased. We have use ME Flow for 40 years. Great job by Kwantreng - N**. Prompt response to replace fill valve ( water running constantly) coupled with an inoperative water supply valve (couldn't turn water supply to toilet off.)

Justin was great!! Showed up on time and answered all my questions. He was able to find the leak and came up with a fix. Great customer service!
Luis, one of the M.E. Flow technicians, was able to come out the next day after I called for service when my A/C unit stopped working. Luis was a familiar face since he has serviced my A/C unit previously. He was able to figure out the problem quickly, fixed it, and all is good. The unit is 22 years old, so I greatly appreciate that he's able to still fix it, at least for now.

Excellent and friendly service. My appointment was 8am-Noon; Travis arrived just after 9am. I received a phone call indicating his arrival time 10-15 minutes in advance. The repairs I needed were explained to my satisfaction and I was provided an estimated cost before work began. I was very satisfied with this service.
