Hi! Today I was without AC for most of the day and suffering. I called ME Flow and within an hour they sent over Victor who very quickly fixed the problem. He repaired the issue, explained it well, and showed me how to avoid it in the future.
Just moved to the area (Northern Virginia), six months ago, and am becoming familiar with the mechanics of a well-maintained 31 year old house and the service providers used by the previous owner. M.E. Flow, Inc. sent technician "Chris" to service the A/C units. Technician #1734 Kwantreng - N** was excellent! He responded quickly, was sympathetic, and resolved the problem efficiently and effectively. I'm very glad I got the annual service agreement with ME Flow.
One of the ME Flow plumbers, Raul, attended a service call I had placed recently. He was qualified, professional and had an overall positive demeanor and willingness to help. In addition to competently fulfilling all items on the service request, he loosened this impossible bolt for me, that I had been struggling with for weeks. Victor is fantastic! I have had the pleasure of working with him twice now. Both times he took the time to not only show me the problem he also explained why it happened and how to prevent it in the future. He answered every question even remembered questions I asked during the initial visit and followed up on those as well. I hope I'm fortunate enough to have him every time I need there services
