I called M.E. Flow on a Monday afternoon about 4:00 PM after discovering that my evaporator coil had iced over and could see that there were bubbles originating from the tubing that happened to have condensate around it. They called me back just a few minutes later and had scheduled us for an 8:00 AM service call. Luis confirmed that the coil would need to be replaced and checked on availability of the part and when the installation department could schedule the repair. Excellent service. It took a couple of visits to figure out what was going on with the inside air handler on our heat pump. Victor came out and knew right away the probable fix, returned with the new fan and motor and it's worked great ever since. I will use them again for season check ups and any maintenance.
