Our bathroom shower drain was clogged and the water almost overflowed the the shower floor. Water had somehow leaked out and had seeped through the bathroom floor into the ceiling below. We discovered a slow drip from the ceiling. I panicked. I needed a plumber immediately. MEFlow worked us into the schedule and Gary came to the rescue. They arrived on time. The tech covered his shoes, introduced himself, gave me his card. He communicated well, did the work and was very automated (paperwork-wise). i've used MEFLOW for over 6 years. Very pleased.

I can't thank M.E. Flow enough for their fast response to my sump pump malfunctioning. I called and Dan was here approximately 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable about pumps and located the problem right away. He explained what needed to be done and did so in layman's terms. He was professional but also sympathetic and understanding about my anxiety over a pump not working properly; nobody likes to think about a flooded basement. HVAC Service Technician Dustin S******* evaluated our residential AC system. He analyzed the efficiency of our compressor was below the normal range and recommended replacement. He also pointed out other issues such as mold present in the ducts and replacement of worn insulation. He provided an accurate estimate before doing the work and completed all repairs in a timely and professional manner. He clearly is knowledgable of HVAC systems and took the time to explain and answer all questions before leaving the premises.
