Our 13 yr old hot water heater was leaking. ME Flow Plumber Allen Smoot diagnosed the problem and they were able to replace the heater the same day. I was very pleased with the prompt response and service. Great job!

Our best compliments to ME Flow's Service Technician Scott and the supporting staff in getting our AC back in working order. The outside fan blade broke on Monday and we were facing a very severe heat wave. My husband has COPD and difficulty breathing in high temperatures. Scott came out the next day and after a quick diagnosis ordered our new fan blade and came back the following day to complete the install and repair. Today, 8 AM, 27 Sep 2019 I had my annual Plumbing inspection by "Sean C*****". Sean was very courteous and professional, did not rush, and offered me nunerous tips and suggestions for my 5 bathrooms and 8 sinks! I really appreciated his focus. I would recommend Sean, and M.E. ME Flow has been our HVAC company for many years, as we live in a condo, MONTEBELLO, and ME Flow had the contract for maintaining and inspecting the systems within our units. Less than two years ago, we replaced our entire system which included a humidifier. A couple of days ago, we went through routine inspection ( by the new company that recently got the service contract of the Montebello Condo Units) of the system and I was told the humidifier was not working and we had to call for service. Dustin came to service our two units. Dustin was very professional and courteous. He gave both our AC/Heat units a good review and service--including new filters. He took the time to verify if the parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty. Glad we had the service agreement. Dustin will followup with another appointment to place dye in our troubled unit to see where the leak may be coming from. I appreciate this versus just adding more fluid.

After some problems with? a previous toilet repair problem, M.E. Flow sent out a super qualified expert who was able to analyze the problem and fix it properly. The person they sent out, Sean, knew what? he was? doing and was not afraid of the difficult and unpleasant job. What a pleasure to get the job done right!! Thank you!
