Vic Lezama was courteous respectful and proficient in assessing my problem and getting my A/C back in operation quickly.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Raul came to check a clogged drain in our master bath and was friendly and professional from the phone call letting me know he was arriving through the completion of the service. He was able to check everything, snake our drain and have our shower up and running again very quickly. Great company to work with!
I had a great experience today with Victor L*****. While I didn't particularly like what he had to tell me - more than just a change of filter (!) - I very much appreciated his walking me through, both physically as well as through pictures he snapped on his phone, as to what needs repair, etc. We had some recent construction so wasn't shocked to learn that much of our Heating and Cooling equipment is dirty as a result. We called for service and Jeff came the same day; ordered parts, and returned the next day to complete the work. I'm completely satisfied with the response, and the cost. But I do have one observation. I asked Jeff if he minded that I watch his work, as I was just curious. He said he "wasn't here to teach. That's not my job." That was only mildly offensive, but it made me think automated diagnostics and a repair robot might have done just as well. Air conditioner failed late on Saturday evening. Contacted M. E. Flow who promptly dispatched Percy, an on call tech. Percy quickly identified the problem and made repairs. He advised that we should have a full evaluation of our systems due to the age and tiny leaks and notified the office to contact us on Monday. The entire transaction was conducted in a friendly, but professional manner and we have an operational air conditioner for now. Highly recommend M. E. Flow for air conditioning repair and service.
