The dealer seemed inconvenienced by my long-distance interest and invited me to "stop by"--which wasn't helpful since I live 400 miles away and was entirely serious about the car. By the time that they began to deal with me seriously as a Car Gurus shopper, someone else had bought the car. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and courteous.

Great response and willing to work to meet my needs
Worst experience, car had clean carfax, but damage reported. Upon viewing the car showed unrepaired damage to both right hand wheel wells. Not sure what this high end dealership was thinking putting a car like this on the lot.
Dealer responded but I was already considering another Crosstrek Hybrid in another town.
