Way too many calls, sometimes several times a day though I was clear that email would be best since I was recovering from surgery. I asked to be removed from the call list and have twice unsubscribed. I won't contact another listing that doesn't show a price. Not worth the hassle.

Salesman, Richard Kendra was absolutely delightful to work with. I was planning on purchasing 2 Acura's the MDX & RDX. I was on my way to buy but then stopped at the Audi dealer. Ended up with 2 Audi's instead. The only complaint I will have is that I asked for quotes and numbers via email. The dealer I purchased the car from let me negotiate online and it's what sealed the deal. Being a busy business owner, I preferred it this way. I enjoyed dealing with them.
Worst ever! Do not use this dealership. Salesman tried to pull a bait and switch. After the test drive he showed us the pricing that now included a charge for almost $3,000 in accessories that we did not request. His manager would not consider any price lower than the listed price even though the salesman told us that they would negotiate after we visited the dealership when we discussed the vehicle via email.
I submitted an offer on a vehicle via an email. I was assured that my offer would be considered, but I needed to come in for a test drive. I responded that I was willing to drive a long way after work to test drive, and I hoped they would accept my offer. I have the emails saved as proof. The dealership respond back the next day and was very nice and gave me all the details about the vehicle I was looking at.
They didn't have this car available due to a recall. Failed to notify me before I came in. I did end up buying a new car with them as they worked out a very good deal with me.
