Another one with lies, I was approved signed papers but wait they said, “we haven’t inspected the vehicle we need to keep it”. Two days later “sorry bank denied we can’t sell you the car, sorry”.
Very responsive and professional. Didn't pressure me and seemed honest/straightforward to work with. Unfortunately, we couldn't make a deal because the vehicle I wanted was out of my price range. I'd recommend at least contacting them or going in if there's a vehicle they have that interests you.

The WORSE dealership ever!! I called to inquire about certified TLX and spoke with John and he said he would call me back. I had to call back John told me the price online is what you pay no hidden costs. I never received a call back and waited over 5 plus never received pics or video of car. I called back and spoke with Huxley. Then John called me back immediately. Told John I’m dealing with Huxley now and he hangs up. Huxley, never calls back even left a voicemail. Andrew was very responsive and upfront about another customer coming to check on vehicle I inquired about. Promptly informed me that it was indeed sold and offered assistance on helping me find another vehicle. I find that other dealerships are not truthful and try to lure you into the dealership when they know the car you wanted was sold. thank you Andrew:)
