After filing my complaint, I was contacted by the sales person and an other person, and they had handle the problem within a few days and not weeks Im very pleased how they handle and how fast the problem was taken care of. This will not turn me away from buying my next car from them. Thank you so much for handling the problem that I had.
I paid cash for a car, and had rustproofing and undercoating done and I was suppose to get a warranty for those products, as of yet 5/12/2022 I have not received the warranty for this service, and this has been going on since June 10, 2021, I have talk to my salesman and another sales person and the sales person was suppose to give me a call back and have not heard from the sales person, cause I requested half of my money back that I paid for it since the service was done. I hope by me doing this I get some answers.
I was in contact with the manager Tim S. I had a service agreement that which they failed. I have a 2013 ***** volt. They told me it was the hybrid battery. It was replaced with a used battery ($2500), it failed, bad cells. Then, they charged me a car rental fee of over $400 for their mistake, while it was getting old Hybrid battery re-installed. Purchased used pickup and ordered some optional parts to be added, the major was a tonneau cover. Left my truck there 8:30 AM on Tuesday. Work was supposed to take several hours and would be completed by Tuesday afternoon. By 6PM. I had not heard from Mccluskey service. I called several times but only got voice mail. They returned my call and said my work had not been started but would go to a late shift mechanic and would be completed later that evening or first thing in the morning. I would Never Ever recommend this place to anyone! Without disclosing too much information at this moment! People who take the time to scam hardworking honest people of there necessities should not be allowed to do business! The state of Ohio, the Attorney Generals Office along with attorneys will fight this one to the END!!!!
My experience at McCluskey Chevrolet was terrible. After buying a newer model truck from them I took it back for regular maintenance. The truck strangely had paint peeling off above the rear window seals. They confirmed it was a factory defect and agreed to fix it for free. The touch up paint was not executed well and they broke the seals on both of my rear windows.At a later date when I brought the truck back to get the window seals fixed I also asked about a seat back panel that had come loose on my seat. I've had my car for only a 1 year and a half... 3 days after I bought the car ..... the hydraulic part on the clutch went out**** days after!.. I had to fight with them for days until they said they would fix it for free...so they fix it.... then 6 months later... the turbo goes out... they replace it ... mind you .. I had the worst experience with this establishment I currently own a Chevy cruze 2017. I had leased the car at the time and my air/AC unit was not working so I went to the dealership where I bought the car; asked them to fix my ac unit in my car. Long story short I went there five times and they still could not fix the problem, they asking me to pay and they never fixed the problem. I contacted fresh start to try to refinance my auto. I got an email from McCluskey Chevy, inc. I send them an application (which did not ask for a signature) just information on my vehicle, address, income, basic stuff. But, also my SS# ( which I should have left off). Never gave them approval to run my credit or signed anything. I also, told them my credit situation...they supposedly specialized in this area.
