I have never in my life had to deal with a company so DISHONEST!! I honestly wish I would have read the reviews on here before ever dealing with them. It's like we're all singing the same song with nothing being done about it. Glen S******* is a con man and it seems the con company is standing behind him. Don't ever do business with these people!! Ever! This place should be closed down the way they are deceiving people.

Ms. *****would not properly register and title her vehicle in the state in which she resides, therefore the lender would not fund the loan. Ms. ***** hid the vehicle for almost a year from our dealership, and even disabled the vehicle's OnStar capabilities so we could not locate the vehicle to retrieve our collateral. Never ever buy anything from McCluskey Chevrolet I bought a car from them 7/28/20.. The car broke down 9/5/20... To date I don’t know the status of my car... I have called ever day since Sunday 9/6/20 Each time the run around... during this time on 9/8/20 I reserved a rental/loaner for 9/11/20 since that was the only date they had and it took them until 9/10/20 to realize my car was at the wrong location and I had to have it towed again to their Kings Automall location... when I called on 9/11/20 to get a status and confirm ... read more

We have spoken with the consumer today about her review. We reminded her that we had let her know that her vehicle would most probably be completed at the middle or end of this week. We have also given her a rental/loaner vehicle to drive. Due to our high volume of service customers, we do not always have a rental/loaner vehicle to offer to our customers, and if that aspect is of the utmost importance to the customer, then dates may need to be re-adjusted as a result of that consideration. On November 29, 2019 I brought my 2018 Traverse to McCluskeys for service. The service techs were prompt and efficient in fixing the problem. When the service was complete, the tech told me to pick up my keys on the service floor at desk #7. I gathered my belongings and walked down the hall to the designated desk. Unfortunately, I was not looking down and did not realize there was a step down to the service floor. We are sorry that the customer had the issue described when visiting our dealership. The area referenced does have white lines drawn on this step down to draw attention to it. They were not able to finance the car I wanted. What is the guarantee? I don’t know

We guarantee an approval, not delivery. It will always be up to a lender as to what the terms/conditions/stipulations/possible down payment and amount the approval is contingent upon/whether or not a co-signor might be needed, etc - not McCluskey. It will be up to the customer as to whether or not they can provide any of the above.

McCluskey Chevrolet on Colerain Avenue is the worst dealership ever!!! I have had nothing but problems with the 2006 Dodge Durango I purchased in March. Yes it was purchased "as is" but was advertised that items worked that didn't. When I contacted the dealership they tried to put me to a garage that had good charge out rates. WHAT A BLOW OFF!!!! That paperwork, that you sign off on indicates that you are purchasing an "as is" vehicle and that any and all future maintenance or repair items that might be needed on that vehicle, are not the responsibility of McCluskey, but the responsibility of the consumer who purchased that vehicle. Buyer beware. I was given a price quote of $18,600 which included all costs (tax, title, license, and included discounts & my trade), AND this was before my down payment was discussed for my new car (I was texting my partner with the information, so I still have the texts regarding this price quote). The finance manager that you signed your paperwork with has tried calling you, and has left a message for you to return his call. If you will do this, he will be happy to go over your purchase contract/paperwork with you - to address your specific concerns. Often times, customers overlook the products they purchased while signing their paperwork, sales tax, or negative equity on a vehicle- simply as examples. first of all did not do the dealer prep pmi on my car. Had the spring shipping insulators on it until the first oil change. On said oil change both my fenders were buckled due to putting the lift in the wrong spot. Add the salesman got me to sign away the rebate stating there wasn't one anyway. But there was. You are a very poor dealership. I have purchased dozens of new cars. Will buy another in the next 2 months. Not from you. Probably not gm due to you. I am forwarding this to gm as well.

I have not been able to sleep for the past week. I came into McCluskey Chevrolet hoping to find my Mother a new Traverse for cash and some financing that I was going to help out with that she deserved with her 700 plus credit score if not better! We walked in to only see men acting like they were in high school if that grabbing each others private parts. One mans name was Jerald I believe, skinny and the other was Zech or Zake, also skinny. Tune from this unprofessional dealership, a month and a half later and I'm still waiting for the original paperwork.
