McCluskey Chevrolet on Colerain Avenue is the worst dealership ever!!! I have had nothing but problems with the 2006 Dodge Durango I purchased in March. Yes it was purchased "as is" but was advertised that items worked that didn't. When I contacted the dealership they tried to put me to a garage that had good charge out rates. WHAT A BLOW OFF!!!! If you will do this, he will be happy to go over your purchase contract/paperwork with you - to address your specific concerns. Often times, customers overlook the products they purchased while signing their paperwork, sales tax, or negative equity on a vehicle- simply as examples. first of all did not do the dealer prep pmi on my car. Had the spring shipping insulators on it until the first oil change. On said oil change both my fenders were buckled due to putting the lift in the wrong spot. Add the salesman got me to sign away the rebate stating there wasn't one anyway. But there was. You are a very poor dealership. I have purchased dozens of new cars. Will buy another in the next 2 months. Not from you. Probably not gm due to you. I am forwarding this to gm as well.
I have not been able to sleep for the past week. I came into McCluskey Chevrolet hoping to find my Mother a new Traverse for cash and some financing that I was going to help out with that she deserved with her 700 plus credit score if not better! You will end up stressed out and upset. The salesman will tell you everything you want to hear. They will promise you vehicles and tell you that you have to act fast because the vehicles go fast. Once they get what they need from you, they drag their feet. The temporary plate they provided me expires today, and still have not received the title. DONT TRUST the POWERTRAIN WARRANTY IS SUBJECTIVE- THEY WILL PICK and CHOOSE if they ARE GOING TO COVER YOUR ENGINE TRANSMISSION and DRIVE TRAIN- I brought my car in 2012- my Water Pump and Thermostat is starting to go bad. The claim to fix was declined warranty people (stating to many gaps in services).
