I bought a truck from this dealership April 8,2023 priced at over 60k.Part of the deal was a NEW bed lind with free installation. Eric M***** my sales person told me the liner had to be ordered and would call when it arrived.Also he would have to have a spare key made.He couldn't find the spare key. I bought a chevrolet *******2011 in sept.2015. I have been repairing it since I drove it off the lot. I mean not miner repairs. Costly repairs. I've spent at least $1600 on this vehicles repairs a lot of the repairs were done at the dealership which over priced all the time. My name is ********* ****I would like some type of reimbursement. My vehicle is sitting in front of my home now not being able to drive it. It starts but won't go. Please help I have lots of doctor appointments for my child.

Went to look at a Grand Cherokee at McCluskey, had an appointment, we get there and they can’t find the car. It wasn’t sold they just couldn’t find it. They ask if there was anything else we wanted to look at, my wife said no we want to look at this Jeep. So we left. They called me 2 weeks later and they still can’t find the car. 2 weeks after I see it on their web site for three thousand dollars more than when we originally saw it. Scheduling nightmares. The first person asked several questions that i have never had to answer. She had to question and clarify that a 2021 equinox was in fact a Chevrolet product. She claimed that her lack of knowledge was due to being an after hours answering service. Then the man that called to schedule the appointment was rude, abrasive, and absolutely uninformed of the information consumers require to properly schedule and prepare for the services their vehicles need. Had my trucked towed to the service Dept on 3/3/23. Called the following day they told me that Curtis was my advisor and that he would reach out. 4 days later at 3 am I received a text that my vehicle was being looked at they would get back to me. Thursday Night 3/9'/23 at 10:23pm I received a call from Curtis my technician that my truck won't be looked at till Monday bc they don't work weekends. So now it will be 10 days and 2 weeks of me paying for rental car now costing $588.00 just to get my truck looked at!!! Communicat... read more

Do not buy from Mcklusky Chevrolet Kings Auto Mall from Greg F****. He is a crook. He sold me a car in July 2022, told me everything I wanted to hear after going through a hard time with a ex partner. I did really well financially and my credit wasn't amazing after my identity had been stolen. He told me I had a warranty for tires etc etc...he sold me a 2016 piece of crap with factory tires, unsafe for myself and son and many other things I won't get into. He told me they had unlimited tows, I've tried to have it serviced up... read more

Was instructed to drop car off Dec2,2022. Work on my 2021Chevy Blazer wasn’t going to start till Dec5,2022 I was told. I informed the young lady on the phone that I would need a loaner car. The lady obtained my vehicle&insurance info and said I qualified for the loaner and I would not have to pay. I dropped car off on 12/2/2022.
