Do not go to This dealership. I bought a 19 ***** ****, 72,000 miles on 10/2/24. I was told $1,500 for my pilot as a trade in since that's what I was going to sell it for a few months later so I agreed. Plus $900 down. I was told $0 down over the phone. Looked at my paperwork they only gave me $1,000 for it. Did all my required maintenance for the warranty. Believe it or not this is one of the best places she had ever purchased your vehicle from. They treat you like family. Then once you get approved and they get paid youre back at the bottom barrel youre not slimy stuff in the corner of the mouth that youve been hot all day. This place is a joke. these people are horrible. they scammed me for information and they insisted to have the downpayment before they ship the car however the salesman told me that I can pay the downpayment upon arrival. everything was over the phone. so I really got ****** dealing with them. but I cancelled the purchase.

Well here's an update to my experience with Mcluskey at Kings Auto mall. Within a week of purchasing my jeep my salesman left the dealership. Within 90 days my jeep began leaking oil in which I figured my 3000.00 extended warranty would / should cover. Turns out it was the oil cooler (1500.00) that they would not cover. They charged me 180.00 for a diagnostic fee which was ridiculous. The warranty would cover a new motor should my motor lock up but not a preventative measure??!! Absolutely nightmare! McCluskey Chevrolet as well as online cars a sister company of theirs is terrible to do business with. I purchased a vehicle and was lied to from the beginning and sold a vehicle that is not at all worth what I signed papers on. They refuse to call me and work with me to fix the over 10,000.00 dollars worth of damage that this vehicle has. I went there to purchase a vehicle on Sept. 22 and they checked my credit and they said they would have to work things out with a bank to get me approved, and they would let me know the result the next day which would be on Sept 23. Recently bought a 2015 ******* *******from this dealership that they advertise with the picture of the vehicle that it comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty and now they say now that I bought it it not available for this vehicle. False advertisement now they wont do anything about Im highly aggravated now
I purchased a 2016 ****** ***from them expecting to have a vehicle that would last longer than a month but instead i got one that had the clutch go out in 2.5 weeks and they will not honor any form of replacement because they said i could have picked any other vehicle. I should be able to pick anything on the lot and expect it to last longer than what i was given.
