Scheduling nightmares. The first person asked several questions that i have never had to answer. She had to question and clarify that a 2021 equinox was in fact a Chevrolet product. She claimed that her lack of knowledge was due to being an after hours answering service. Then the man that called to schedule the appointment was rude, abrasive, and absolutely uninformed of the information consumers require to properly schedule and prepare for the services their vehicles need. Had my trucked towed to the service Dept on 3/3/23. Called the following day they told me that Curtis was my advisor and that he would reach out. 4 days later at 3 am I received a text that my vehicle was being looked at they would get back to me. Thursday Night 3/9'/23 at 10:23pm I received a call from Curtis my technician that my truck won't be looked at till Monday bc they don't work weekends. Do not buy from Mcklusky Chevrolet Kings Auto Mall from Greg F****. He is a crook. He sold me a car in July 2022, told me everything I wanted to hear after going through a hard time with a ex partner. I did really well financially and my credit wasn't amazing after my identity had been stolen. He told me I had a warranty for tires etc etc...he sold me a 2016 piece of crap with factory tires, unsafe for myself and son and many other things I won't get into. Was instructed to drop car off Dec2,2022. Work on my 2021Chevy Blazer wasn’t going to start till Dec5,2022 I was told. I informed the young lady on the phone that I would need a loaner car. The lady obtained my vehicle&insurance info and said I qualified for the loaner and I would not have to pay. I dropped car off on 12/2/2022. I was preaproved for a Vehicle at McCluskey on Galbraith and they wanted $379 every 2 weeks for a 2015 Toyota Rava 4. I turned it down and got a 2018 from Carvana for a lot less. Now I am getting credit declined notices in the mail from different banks I never heard from and notice from other McCluskey dealerships I never went to.
DO NOT I repeat do not but a car from them. I have had so many problems with them they keep sending me to different people saying I need to talk to this person and the person is never here. I have brought my car in 5 times to get the same problem fixed.
We purchased a car in May 2022. We were never given the stats of an inspection or repairs done to the vehicle at time of purchase. We were encouraged to get a 2 year extended warranty at the time. We have since learned that the car was still covered under the original warranty and was charged for something that was not even needed.
