I was preaproved for a Vehicle at McCluskey on Galbraith and they wanted $379 every 2 weeks for a 2015 Toyota Rava 4. I turned it down and got a 2018 from Carvana for a lot less. Now I am getting credit declined notices in the mail from different banks I never heard from and notice from other McCluskey dealerships I never went to.
DO NOT I repeat do not but a car from them. I have had so many problems with them they keep sending me to different people saying I need to talk to this person and the person is never here. I have brought my car in 5 times to get the same problem fixed.
We purchased a car in May 2022. We were never given the stats of an inspection or repairs done to the vehicle at time of purchase. We were encouraged to get a 2 year extended warranty at the time. We have since learned that the car was still covered under the original warranty and was charged for something that was not even needed. McCluskey Chevrolet Service Dept is negligent, irresponsible, and untruthful. We purchased a new 2020 Chevy at McCluskey (Kings Auto Mall Rd). Our recent experience with the service dept has put their dysfunction front and center. The door side molding started to de-laminate on 2 of the car doors. We took the car in for warranty replacement of the defective moldings. The driver's side door was scratched during the repair. Nothing was said to us when they told us the service was complete. This is the same as lying to us since... read more

After filing my complaint, I was contacted by the sales person and an other person, and they had handle the problem within a few days and not weeks Im very pleased how they handle and how fast the problem was taken care of. This will not turn me away from buying my next car from them. Thank you so much for handling the problem that I had.
I paid cash for a car, and had rustproofing and undercoating done and I was suppose to get a warranty for those products, as of yet 5/12/2022 I have not received the warranty for this service, and this has been going on since June 10, 2021, I have talk to my salesman and another sales person and the sales person was suppose to give me a call back and have not heard from the sales person, cause I requested half of my money back that I paid for it since the service was done. I hope by me doing this I get some answers.
I was in contact with the manager Tim S. I had a service agreement that which they failed. I have a 2013 ***** volt. They told me it was the hybrid battery. It was replaced with a used battery ($2500), it failed, bad cells. Then, they charged me a car rental fee of over $400 for their mistake, while it was getting old Hybrid battery re-installed. Purchased used pickup and ordered some optional parts to be added, the major was a tonneau cover. Left my truck there 8:30 AM on Tuesday. Work was supposed to take several hours and would be completed by Tuesday afternoon. By 6PM. I had not heard from Mccluskey service. I called several times but only got voice mail. They returned my call and said my work had not been started but would go to a late shift mechanic and would be completed later that evening or first thing in the morning.
