My wife brought her ***** in (14,000 miles, still under warranty) because it was making weird noises. We were charged $140 for them to tell her that there was a walnut that had gotten stuck in the car-nothing was even wrong with it. Then, as she stopped for gas on the way home, she noticed a broken taillight, the back number dented and loose, and scuff marks and scratches on the back of her car. First time buying an online car. My experience was good thanks to Scott P*****, our salesperson and Brian from service. Several of my calls went unreturned by others at McCluskey, though. Overall, a positive experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Andy O ***** is a complete JERK as is the rest of the staff!! They sold me a warranty that I have been paying on since I purchased my car back in November of 2023. Advised me that my vehicle was covered from front to back with this. Well when my windshield got damaged.. I took it here to be repaired just to be advised that it wasn't covered. Mind you I spoke with Ben S, in the finance department prior to bringing it in and was advised by him that I did in fact have the coverage. Got it u... read more

Second time I have had my trucked damage while being serviced. Havent had the truck but maybe a few weeks, already had to replace radiator, rear shocks, roof leaks, in 2x for balance, both passenger window motors broke (serviced 3x before fixed). Manager tells me I signed paper saying there not responsible for theft or damage. They initially said they'd fix. Was in there 3x after I was told things were fixed and never done. I will never trust this company again. I have sent them so much business but yet. I find out that they have done nothing but lie to people And take advantage of them. You would think they would take care of their customers. But when you called them over a problem they want to yell at you and blame you for the problem. And on top of that When there's something wrong with Car They send it to another dealership to get fixed And your bills ten times Higher than it should be. You all just lost alot of business from me. Their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is a complete scam. I declined getting a tire rotation due to brand new tires and this voided my warranty. They won't tell you that your warranty is voided until you try to use it. The service rep showed me a copy of the lengthly Powertrain Warranty contract and said I should have read the fine print.

Staff here is unattentive to customer complaint and or request and I was even lied to by staff about another employee whom I dealt with during the sales of the vehicle, I was told that he walked out but he absolutely did not because I called a few days later and asked for him and they said he was in an interview. They sold me a lemon and now they won't return my calls
