HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Andy O ***** is a complete JERK as is the rest of the staff!! They sold me a warranty that I have been paying on since I purchased my car back in November of 2023. Advised me that my vehicle was covered from front to back with this. Well when my windshield got damaged.. I took it here to be repaired just to be advised that it wasn't covered. Second time I have had my trucked damage while being serviced. Havent had the truck but maybe a few weeks, already had to replace radiator, rear shocks, roof leaks, in 2x for balance, both passenger window motors broke (serviced 3x before fixed). Manager tells me I signed paper saying there not responsible for theft or damage. They initially said they'd fix. Was in there 3x after I was told things were fixed and never done. I will never trust this company again. I have sent them so much business but yet. I find out that they have done nothing but lie to people And take advantage of them. You would think they would take care of their customers. But when you called them over a problem they want to yell at you and blame you for the problem. Their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is a complete scam. I declined getting a tire rotation due to brand new tires and this voided my warranty. They won't tell you that your warranty is voided until you try to use it. The service rep showed me a copy of the lengthly Powertrain Warranty contract and said I should have read the fine print.
They are crooks. They stole my vehicle and resold it without me knowing.
It took 3 days after we signed papers, then problem after problem
Staff here is unattentive to customer complaint and or request and I was even lied to by staff about another employee whom I dealt with during the sales of the vehicle, I was told that he walked out but he absolutely did not because I called a few days later and asked for him and they said he was in an interview. They sold me a lemon and now they won't return my calls
bought a used car with them was told it was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they reassure everything was fine and inspected and covered under warranty giving that the car was a 2019 with 17k miles couple days later the motor went out supposedly it wasn't covered for another month they made me wait 2 months for the car to even get pulled in to be checked didn't provide rental at all and also when they did get it was told ... read more
Do NOT waste your time shopping for any vehicle through McCluskey Chevrolet. They are awful at responding back to your inquiry and even with several different follow up attempts through several methods. It’s insane, normally the dealership would be the one contacting you after you show interest in purchasing a vehicle but sadly McCluskey doesn’t seem to be that way.
