Worked with Alberto in the service department yesterday and he was great. Got in my truck so that I could have him feel how my truck was driving and we discussed what it might be. Changed my tires and my breaks and while there are still a few things to take care of, he did not pressure me. He left the decision up to me and answered all my questions with honesty and respect. I will surely be back.

Very nice staff in the service department. They helped me even though I bought my truck in a different city. I got help right away and didn’t have to wait. I recommend John Sullivan if you ever need help at Maxwell Ford! Great place!
