RecommendedI've recently had my trucks oil changed and have not had any issues. Everyone was friendly and got my truck back quickly.
I took my 2005 Explorer in for 3 issues. 1. Keypad on drivers door did .not work or only 5% of the time. Over $420 and 12 days later, I was contacted to pick up the car, and the lock keypad still did not work. I left the car with them to try again. #2 The info center "Check charging system" repeatedly alerted. I gave all the info of some quite peculiar electrical behavior. The service writer did not write down enough of the pertinent info to give the mechanic the necessary knowledge to diagnose. The item came back could not ... read more
Worst experience I have ever had with their service center. They don’t care about their customers. They had my truck for 2 MONTHS and still couldn’t fix it. So they sent me home with a car that still isn’t fixed. All they could say was it should be fine. They left me walking for majority of the time cause they didn’t want to say it was a warranty issue so the warranty could pay for a rental. Did I mention my car was 2 weeks old. They all lied about everything every time I spoke with them.

RecommendedThis is my second time buying at Maxwell Ford. This time around, the great customer service that made me come back made its presence once again. Eddie Sifuentes helped me out this time with the purchase of my brand new 2018 Ford Explorer. I’ll be the first one to admit that I was NOT an easy client to deal with lol. But Eddie was more than patient and accommodating through the entire process. Although it’ll be a few years before I consider another vehicle, I’d definitely consider coming here again! 5 ⭐️ service all around.
