I’ve had my truck serviced there ever since I purchased it from another out of town dealer. The service department has always been very courteous,prompt, and provided excellent service, and I have never felt pressured to do anything more than my original request. I really appreciate the fast and friendly service from Maxwell Ford.
the staff members are really great. Peter in particular is one I worked with, he very personable and great at making you feel at ease.
I took my 2017 F150 in for an oil change and they alerted me of a safety belt related recall which they took care of for me in a timely manner. Pleased with the service work.
Got to service area at 7 am sharp. Oil change and tire rotation done in 45 min. Rep was polite and efficient.
Alberto Fernandez seemed like a pretty nice at first however when I asked him to explain what “repairs” were done to my vehicle his chauvinist side revealed it self. “His response was I spoke to your husband and if you don’t know about cars you wouldn’t understand”. As a woman I felt he was being extremely condescending. On my recent visit; Anthony, service advisor, was very courteous and on target with the recall service that was completed. He knew and assure me of the time my vehicle would be ready. He complemented my upkeep on service maintenance with my Ford Fusion. Even though service personnel changed over my 18 years coming to this Ford location; only once I was dissatisfied with services. I had a great experience at Maxwell Ford when I purchased my Ford Escape SEL yesterday! Special thanks to David Terrell, he made the process really comfortable and smooth which was really important for me. I went in to have my Sunroof fixed because it wouldn’t close completely. Maxwell Ford looked at it, told me how much it was going to cost me ($2600), asked me if I wanted it fixed or just closed? I told them to just seal it so no rain will get in my truck until I get it repaired because I didn’t expect to buy a whole brand new sunroof today.
