The experience was nice when I had money to spend. After signing all the paperwork, good luck trying to get in touch with anybody there. They offered to drop my car off at my house. The sale guys did as promised but much later than I expected, it was late Saturday night. After he had left, I realized I had no temporary tag so tried calling and texting the sales guy, Jeff, on his cell. The young man that helped us, Hector, was a great sales guy. He was not pushy or high pressure like one of the other dealerships. It was a good experience and the car was well priced. I would recommend Hector. I was at Maxwell south by the way
I went in for my first oil change after buying my truck in April. I was told it would be 30-40minutes. 80minutes later I was told it would be 15more. It was 2hrs before I walked out the door. I wouldn’t have been frustrated had I been told of the wait upfront. Also didn’t help that purchasing my truck took 7hrs and was told the oil change that I paid for was included from my salesman.
Jonathan and Hector were both awesome while assisting me with my recent purchase of an F150. They went above and beyond all my expectations to make sure I was familiar with all the options available and were knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and made sure I knew how to utilize the vehicle’s features. Thank you both for you hospitality and the professional manner in which it was delivered.

Came in to have a spare key cut because I had misplaced my main set of keys. The service was excellent but the cost for programmable keys was excessive.
Jackie is the BEST Service Advisor I’ve worked with at any FORD dealership in over twenty years. She’s one of the very few people at Maxwell who understands Diesel engines. She is direct and follows through on what she says.
