While I'm happy with my purchase, both the salesman, Hector, and his sales manager lied to me on several occasions. I had a bank check so stated several times that I did not want them to run my credit. Both assured me that no one would run my credit because a preapproved check was like cash. I found out the day after I took delivery that Maxwell ford ran my credit. They are shady and will do anything for a dollar.
Recommendedit was a great buying experience. David Terrell was very professional and didn't try any stereotypical car sales tricks. I'm happy with my purchase. it was a great deal and they have great staff.
I had a great experience with Alex Smotherman from the time i pulled into the dealership until i finalized my purchase. Alex showed me multiple vehicles around the lot and gave me details on each. He helped me find the perfect explorer for my family and taught me about all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. I would recommend Alex to anyone i know buying a vehicle. He will definitely help you as much as he can and make sure you leave happy!

Went in to Maxwell Ford to sell my Ford F150. I had an appointment with Richard Torres. Richard was very friendly, and with a really positive attitude. At no moment did I feel pressured to sell my truck or buy another vehicle. Richard worked with me to get the max out of the offer that was made for my truck.
