Service is prompt and the technician, Ezekiel, that helped me was very courteous and helpful.
After 2 weeks of buying a used car the engine seized. One would expect a dealer such as this to check out the engine better. The engine has metal in it. It was a total ripoff. I believe the dealer has an obligation to offer assistance in such a case. After contacting the dealer I was told there was nothing they could do. Beware of the substandard used cars they sell.
Alberto Fernandez was my CSR that handle my vehicle. Alberto kept me in the loop of work that was being done on my vehicle the whole time and my vehicle was delivered on time. The vehicle is running great. I’ll definitely be back when I need additional work done on my vehicle.
Richard Torres was very helpful, friendly and great at follow up! I would recommend him when needing to sell your car. He went above and beyond!

My husband and I are both regretting purchasing from Maxwell Ford. Too much pressure to buy (so much so that my husband was late to work and they wouldn't give us our own car back when I asked, instead we we're basically forced to drive the Ford home.) Now we've requested a key we were promised and can't seem to get ahold of anyone. When we call we are transferred to wrong voicemails. Yes, I would recommend Maxwell Ford. I came in to look for an F-150 for my husband! I was fortunate enough to have Serhiy a sales professional see me park and approach me to help. He was so nice and not pushy at all. He was very concerned about my getting to see the type of truck My husband would want. My husband and I returned today to buy the same truck from him! If you need a Ford truck or car could not recommend Serhiy any higher! Will be back again when in market for another vehicle. Thank you again Serhiy.
