There service department needs a lot of improvement! I brought my Mustang GT to them on Dec. 7th. It sat there12 days before a transmission tech looked at it. Almost impossible to get a hold of service advisors, much less call backs. i rented a vehicle during this time, over $500.00 so i could get to work. To hold someones car that long before actually touching it is beyond my comprehension and unacceptable. Really awesome buying experience. No pressure at all. Travis Chavira sold us a ruby red 2019 mustang. He made sure that I knew how to use all of the tech that came with the car, and he helped me to create a ford pass account so that I could get updates on scheduled maintenance. Susan in finance was wonderful. She explained all of the different warranties that we could add. One was a maintenance warranty that covered all scheduled maintenance on the vehicle for five years.
