RecommendedI went to Maxwell Ford today for an oil change and State Inspection. The sales person I worked with was Zane. I had an appointment for 12:30. Zane said it would be an hour. It was done in 45 minutes! Zane went over everything with me that the did including checking the air in my tires and replacing washer fluid. I’ve been using Maxwell Ford since 2002 and today was the quickest and most efficient experience I’ve had thus far. It was a pleasure working with Zane! Thanx do much!

My car was there for 13 days while the service rep was out sick (which I learned when I arrived to pick it up). Then not all of the service was completed, and I had to take a couple of hours the next day to complete the work at a different facility. At one point, I asked for reassurance that it would be completed the next day(when I was told it would be done) and I was told, “if the service technician comes in on time, he should be able to complete it.” It wasn’t done that day, so I guess he was late.
