Almost as bad as truck city. I love my truck, but the service dept at all of the ford dealerships that I’ve dealt with in the past are horrible. You get one call back before they start ignoring you, and turn around has never been less than 2-3 weeks. Their service reps talks to you like you’re 5 years old, and get mad when you actually know what your talking about. If you want anything done you have to talk to a supervisor. It’s really bad, people.

I prepped all of the finance and purchase docs ahead of time before driving 2.5 hours to trade in my car and pick up the new one. The sales associate critiqued my trade over extremely minor scratches telling me that they would have to repaint many panels to put it on their lot.
