Almost as bad as truck city. I love my truck, but the service dept at all of the ford dealerships that I’ve dealt with in the past are horrible. You get one call back before they start ignoring you, and turn around has never been less than 2-3 weeks. Their service reps talks to you like you’re 5 years old, and get mad when you actually know what your talking about. If you want anything done you have to talk to a supervisor. It’s really bad, people.
This was the first Time that bought a car and wasn’t issues, all the discount was applied at the new car.

I prepped all of the finance and purchase docs ahead of time before driving 2.5 hours to trade in my car and pick up the new one. The sales associate critiqued my trade over extremely minor scratches telling me that they would have to repaint many panels to put it on their lot. I have an engineering background and cars are a big hobby of mine. This was insulting. Came back with an extremely low ball final offer. As always I had a great experience with the service dept. They always take care of my F150 quickly and efficiently.
We bought both our cars here and really enjoyed our salesman, Josh. He was very helpful and we were happy with the service.
