RecommendedService on my 2012 Ford Flex. The left front brake shuttered when applying pressure. I was traveling from South Padre Island to our home in Paris, TX. The dealership has been great. We were suddenly in the market to buy new vehicles and had to buy two. Their sales and finance staff have worked with is to make thar happen. Very good experience thus far.

I had the worst experience I've had buying anything with Maxwell Ford. These people are complete con artists (including sales, finance, and on-line trade-in website), and I'm sure management encourages this practice. I came in to the dealership to buy a car that had been recently discounted over $6000 (dealership discount) and a $3000 (retail customer cash.) Maxwell Ford, and specially Oscar, made my purchase easy. I was out to look for a truck and they wanted to sell trucks. They go the extra mile!
We own a 2014 ford transit connect passenger van. Long story short lug nuts failed and Alberto Fernandez the server manager was no help at all. If you look up ford and lug nuts there are multiple lawsuits against ford concerning the lug nuts safety. In our case, we got a flat and all the lug nuts stripped. Cost our family over $400 for repairs and new lug nuts that are all steel, not like fords. Do your research if you own a ford and don’t trust Alberto.
