RecommendedWe found a used car on cargurus, at Maxwell Ford. The staff was very nice and helpful. The cargurus price was a financing only price but my wife and I were paying outright. I came from College Station and traded in my car for a Used Ford Focus. The car wasn’t ready to leave the day I was there, but Blake Engels helped me out and delivered my car to me 2 hours away when it was ready. Everyone was very helpful getting my car to me even though I was from out of town!

My experience was not so good. It took the service department 1 week to fix the check engine light for my vehicle. This was something that I understand is out of their control because they need a special technician to look at it before it can be fixed. This location is exceptionally busy so be aware. What I really disliked about the experience was that Ford refused to pay for a loaner car so I had no way to drive to work during the week. So frustrating!
