Eddie Sifuentes was easy to work with. Got us what we wanted and delivered the car 300 miles away on his day off!! You don’t find service like that very often. I will recommend Maxwell Ford and especially Eddie Sifuentes to everyone!
I originally just stopped by to look at a truck with no intention on buying anything. I met Fernando Duran and his customer service was excellent from the get-go. We found a used car on cargurus, at Maxwell Ford. The staff was very nice and helpful. The cargurus price was a financing only price but my wife and I were paying outright. They still honored the lower price without a fight. The experience was was very good! May Jesus Bless you all. He loves you more than you would know.
I came from College Station and traded in my car for a Used Ford Focus. The car wasn’t ready to leave the day I was there, but Blake Engels helped me out and delivered my car to me 2 hours away when it was ready. Everyone was very helpful getting my car to me even though I was from out of town!
Nice, friendly staff all around ready to help with whatever you came to Maxwell Ford for. They were great helping me purchase my first car. Really enjoyed getting help from Eddie Sifuentes.
My experience was not so good. It took the service department 1 week to fix the check engine light for my vehicle. This was something that I understand is out of their control because they need a special technician to look at it before it can be fixed. This location is exceptionally busy so be aware. What I really disliked about the experience was that Ford refused to pay for a loaner car so I had no way to drive to work during the week. So frustrating!
