I’ve taken my last 2 trucks to Maxwell service, so I’ve seen the ups and downs over the years. I have to say they are definitely at a low in their service department. My 2016 F150 was there for 8 days to fix warranty items that should have been fixed the first time I left it there, a month prior. I also had an oil change during my trucks 8 day sleepover, but apparently windshield wiper fluid is not on the list of fluids they check. Fernando Duran, at Maxwell ford was great, he showed us all the bells and whistles of the vehicle that we were intrested in. The Maxwell crew made the purchasing a vehicle pleasant experience. This is our second time buying a vehicle at Maxwell Ford, great service, friendly people and a great purchase price. If you are looking for a dealer that you can trust, then Maxwell Ford is the place to go to! Great Integrity.
Only great thing was how personable & actively working Brittany is. My car physically drives great, but now my whole entire electronic LCD screen maps/music/climate/time/settings is all ruined. When it wasn't before. The gentleman who "said" he'd order what needs to be fixed. But I paid out of pocket for not only an 8 day rental but for my car to be in worse shape, electronically. I hope they fix it.... but CHECK YOUR VEHICLE before leaving this establishment if you have to get it fixed here. Idk how I'm gunna get to work wh... read more
