Excellent service work. Runs much better.
RecommendedThey try their best to deliver what they promise. I called at the last minute to schedule a state inspection. They gave me an appointment same day and was ready for me when I arrived. The service tech gave me an estimated finish time, and my car was finished early. They even washed my car! I'm always pleased when things run smoothly and the staff is so courteous!

Maxwell has a good selection of vehicles of all types and sizes. If they don't have it in stock they will try to get exactly what you want.

Great customer service by Hunter and the team. They turned around the extra work on the truck we purchased shortly before closing time to have it ready for us the next afternoon. They go the extra mile with their customer service and I would recommend Hunter as a great salesman to work with.
****Caution****. The only Reason I caution you about Maxwell Ford at this time is because they currently have a one-two week waiting time once you drop off you Ford for service. Unfortunately they also explained to me that this dealership does NOT have loaner cars like other dealerships. The Service Manager was very polite and gave me a transparent explanation about the high demand of service requests for the Ford Dealership here in Austin.
