Ubered to Maxwell Ford and drove off with a nice 2013 Fusion. Craig made it quick and sweet. I came in very close to closing time but he still was patient during the process. He even made sure I got the car washed and 8gallons of gas (since I came in so late that dept had already left for the day). Im going to be looking for him for future needs. Thanks!

RecommendedTruck got fixed but we brought in for a check engine light and 10 days later got it back. Was told they would start on it in a few days when it actually took 8 days. Would have been nice to know that up front to make transportation decisions.
Don’t take you car to the dealership unless its warranty. I took my 2012 Focus in on a Monday and left town on business with the promise of it being done by the weekend. Saturday I was calling them for an update and it wasn’t done and they had never called me. There’s a well documented clutch problem that they didn’t warranty but fixed for free(hmmm). At 84k miles - 2 yrs ago I took my Focus in to get the clutch fixed. At 130k miles they had to fix it again but it cost $1800 - a clutch doesn’t last 50k miles??? Poor customer... read more
