I took my truck in to replace the the turn signal swith and when i got it back my truck didnt wanna turn on and it didnt want to shifts gears and black smoke would come out the exhaust and i called to tell them wat they had done and hanged up in me

Took my truck in for warranty repairs. Never got update phone calls. Per warranty I should have been given a rental which I was not even after asking both the service advisor and the service manager. I was disrespected and belittled by both the service advisor and service manager. After repairs were done a week later I get a call that the check engine light came on and is going to cost me out of pocket which was caused while my truck was in to be repaired. Worst customer service ever, Eric and Anthony were very rude.
Get my oil change there every time. They are quick and courteous.
Our salesman was phenomenal but the finance guy was a jerk. He should not assume that all customers are low balling, we are not all idiots, we knew what we could afford, payment wise and full coverage insurance. I did not want and I told him so several times, the warranty add on. But he Did iit any way. The salesman was friendly and great, because of him and my wife wanting the car is the only reason I bought the car. This is our second new car we purchased from Maxwell Ford . Loyalty should count
