RecommendedJackie was professional. She checked me in and got my repairs going. They were completed in the time she estimated. This was my second time to use Maxwell and I will be back.
When I arrived for pre-arranged appt was told they were busy & couldn’t review the problem for 3-4 days. After I complained, they sent Jose on a ride with me to hear wind noise. 2 days later they call me to come get the car because they can’t research the problem because of wet roads. Receipt said they couldn’t hear the noise, (Jose did). Said I’d have to make another appt. crappy service.
