I was contacted by Maxwell Ford for a buy back program on my car. I scheduled an appointment to meet with them and discuss options. I waited over 45 minutes and ultimately had to come back the next week when they called and said they would give me the bottom line deal- no haggling. I bought a 2013 Escape from Maxwell Ford 2 years ago and now I know I will never purchase a Ford or make a purchase from this dealership again. After just 2 years, my car was having engine troubles - whenever I would start the car after it was already “hot,” it would slowly die. I would have to restart it to make it work again.
