Exceptional service.I left my escape in service this morning and the shuttle took me to work.The advisor called me to review the service over the phone. Once I went back to pick up my escape he walked me to my car.

This is for the Service Department... or Lack of Service Department. Worst experience that I've had dealing with an auto service company. First, I try to just drop my truck off but told I need to make an appointment. That's fine, you should make appointments so no worries. I make an appointment for TUESDAY 7:45am and it'll take about 4 hours, cool. I go about my day and it's getting close to 3pm.. i call up and speak the the service tech.. he tells me my car is still in queue to be looked at. You had my truck all day, didn't... read more

Came in for an extended warranty. The service advisor Mr. John Sullivan was very helpful and showed very clearly all that had to be taken care of and Mr. Fernando Duran finalized my deal. Both were very friendly and I felt no pressure. I now have no worries for the next five years (or 60,000 miles) in regards to the mechanical reliability of my vehicle.
