Without a doubt Johnathan took care of me 100%. If I had to rate he would be an easy 10/10 . He had to work to sell me but he did it in the most professional way. I took my 2013 Exploder (love my Exploder, truly, it's a term of endearment) in, for what I thought was potentially a transmission problem. Since I'd recently had it tuned up at a local service, I was initially skeptical when my service advisor, Andrew Lovorn, had suggested that it could be a misfire.
