Without a doubt Johnathan took care of me 100%. If I had to rate he would be an easy 10/10 . He had to work to sell me but he did it in the most professional way. We came into Maxwell to walk around and look at SUV’s and Serhiy welcomed us with a great smile! First impressions count! He helped us get approved fast!!! I took my 2013 Exploder (love my Exploder, truly, it's a term of endearment) in, for what I thought was potentially a transmission problem. Since I'd recently had it tuned up at a local service, I was initially skeptical when my service advisor, Andrew Lovorn, had suggested that it could be a misfire. The problem exhibited itself only in Drive...so...yeah.
