RecommendedWent in because “change oil light” suddenly came on. Before I left had decided to have tires rotated and few other things. I was there for 2 hours but kudos to Rebecca in Service Dept. for keeping me updated. I am very pleased.

We got a good deal in a 2012 Explorer with below average miles and we are happy in the end. Fernando was very friendly and accommodating, and the showroom was very nice with some very cool high end vehicles to drool over while we were waiting. My only complaints are the wait time, it took 4 hours from our test drive to drive away. The other complaint is when we spoke to Fernando we clearly discussed using a specific credit union for a rate around 4%.
