The process of buying our Truck was decent, we traded the vehicle in a year later and could not get a response after requesting the forms to request a GAP refund, as the other Ford Dealer we purchased from said it could only be done thru the original Dealership! After 4 phone calls to Maxwell Ford and them saying they were sending the form to us each time, we gave up and wrote that money off!
