Have taken my Ford Edge in 7 times for the same issue over the past 4 weeks. They don’t give a crap about fixing it or testing their “sawdust” fixes. It’s worse now than when I brought it in. Terrible and incompetent service department. Don’t trust them.
The customer service is the best I have ever experienced at a dealership service department. Keep up the GREAT work.
