Do you like being dropped like a hot potato after you give someone thousands of dollars of your hard earned cash? Then this is the place for you. We bought my husbands car cash from them. We were told it would come with a full tank of gas, they would fix a small problem just needed to get the part in, and they would let us know when our license plate came in. Never call you back and take way to long to service
My husband and I came in for a beautiful Expedition and were taken care of by Travis so well. We were in and out of the dealership in a few hours with our new car. Great customer service and quick deal. Maxwell Ford gave us an even better deal than a few other ford dealerships in town.
I wouldn’t by a vehicle from your dealership if it were the last one on earth. I felt very disrespected, and I feel that your salesperson Zack treated me as though I was stupid. I had to ask THREE times for my keys so that I and my daughter could leave. I felt unsafe and fearful. When we went to another dealership to purchase a vehicle, my daughter was scared we were going back to your dealership. I, everyone in my family and anyone I talk to will NEVER buy a car from any Maxwell dealership.
