I don't normally post reviews but the public need to be aware of Maxwell Ford. Disorganized, unresponsive, no customer service... doesn't even come close. I'm surprised they are still in business and WHY Ford would continue to let them operate. NEVER again! Don't even think of scheduling a repair or service with Maxwell Ford, never mind buying a vehicle from them. This place has been very difficult. Specifically, Jeff Koriath has been incredibly rude and unprofessional towards me. After he pressured me into buying my car I quickly learned that there was a recall on it. He has not been helpful in getting me an appointment, my spare keys (which were lost by Jeff or another salesman), or even a car I can drive while they fix the recall issue. You people are the scum of the earth, you stole from my widowed mother today. And if you think you've heard the last of me, you're wrong. You preyed on an elderly lady to make a quick buck. You intentionally avoided using her warranty and went through her insurance without her consent and failed to tell her the repairs required extra hours (illegal) and then tried to make her purchase a new battery after you drained you dry you evil scum.
