I have reached out multiple times in regards to issues with my new vehicle purchase. I have repeatedly been given the run around and not contacted back by management. It was been 4 weeks to the day and I still have not received a call back from a manager as promised. I also have had my emails repeatedly ignored. Stay away from here unless you enjoy being given the cold shoulder. Just not the way to treat people when purchasing something as big and important as a vehicle.

We had a flat on the tollway going around Austin (traveling from San Antonio to Northwest Arkansas). My car doesn't have a spare, and the temporary tire repair/air pump that comes in the car wasn't working, so we needed a tow. Got towed to Maxwell Ford, where we were greeted with a customer appreciation lunch (we were hungry!). Not the best way to start a long trip, but the folks there were very friendly and helpful.

I bought a 2017 ford f150 there my sales person David and my finance person Howard were awesome they were very professional and answered all questions that I have they took their time with me and explained everything I definitely will be back to buy another ford from Maxwell ford I live out the Austin area but I can say the have the largest inventory of cars trucks and Suv's they did a great job thanks guys for every thing
I had a very pleasant purchase there. Everyone was very nice, and the price was a great deal. I will be shopping there again (but hopefully not for awhile)!
Just left the dealership after being there for almost a total of 3 hours. Arguably the worst experience I've had with a car dealer yet. Went in to look at an F150 that was on their website and spent 45 minutes looking for the correct vehicle to come up empty handed. Asked to drive something comparable (in a different color) to drive it to at least see the features and get a feel for the vehicle. We go on another hunt for the other vehicle. Okay to start, terrible experience and I wasn't even the one buying the truck. My fiancé Mason already knew the truck that he wanted to buy. All he wanted to do was test drive. So we show up a little after 3 thinking we'd have enough time to make it to a wedding by 7:30. We show up and for 45 minutes our rep was looking for the the truck. Driving around the lot our rep kept trying to sell him on this truck that my fiancé VOICED a disinterest in.
