I came to Austin for the good deal they had on the Platinum Ford. Right away, Serhiy showed us the truck and we went for a test drive. Sergiy helped us get a good deal with the trade in and we took the new truck home the same day.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We found a explorer online that we really wanted to look at. Was great fairly quickly and was able to test drive pretty quick. Had our car appraised and the guy offended my husband right off the bat with his comments about our very clean focus!! My husband is in the car business and trust me takes amazing care of our vehicles! We brushed this off and wanted to run numbers. From the day I drove our new car off of the lot in 2015 (and immediately had to return it multiple times based on issues caused by them) this has been the worst company to work with. Miguel, our salesperson, was great, but everything since then, from routine service, to needed maintenance, has been terrible. When we bought the car, they spilled an industrial cleaner all over the trunk that made breathing in the car impossible (took 3 weeks of consistent returns to "fix").
