Should of read the reviews here and on Yelp before taking my truck in for and exhaust leak. Was scheduled to bring it in Wed at 7am. They said they were busy and might not get to it until Thursday. Wednesday, no calls, had to call them to get information. Thursday they call and say that others are still ahead of me and now it will be Friday. They will call me later in the afternoon. Guess what, no call back until after I call them on Friday at noon. They still have not look at the problem. Even had the service manager send m... read more

Horrible Sales Experience! DO NOT waste your time at this dealership! They are sneaky and unprofessional! After following up with other costumers who also posted bad reviews it seems as though their responses are just for Show to make them look better! DON’T BE FOOLED!
I spent 6 hours in your dealership today, only to leave with the WORST sales experience I have ever encountered. I talked to Zach Krischke on the phone about a truck I had seen listed on their website and decided to come in and check it out. When I arrived he set me up with a salesman and we negotiated on a price with my trade in. I'm a Houston Hurricane victim I made a deal with Maxwell Ford in Austin with sales rep David Tyrell over the phone. I rented a vehicle and drove all the way to Austin. 30 minutes before I arrived I called Mr. Tyrell , he even stated he had good news on price of vehicle. Conveniently when I arrived the vehicle had been sold 45 minutes earlier he stated. Mr. Tyrell had the audacity to try to sell me a vehicle $3,000 more.
