Bottom line, Jeff Korioth and Kyle both did a spectacular job helping me and my boyfriend find the right truck! I can’t tell you how long it took and how surprised I was with all the patience they both had and Kyle would stay in the truck with us and helped us make a decision and how hard Jeff worked long and hard with my semi stubborn boyfriend on everything he wanted, all the price stuff! Oh wow where do I begin. First of all - do not waste your time at this dealership for anything. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE LOANERS. Corporate decision but still, it’s a major hassle. If i could have given no stars I would have. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW. The service center has zero clue what’s going on and when and they are very rude. I made an appointment here to get my car looked at and assessed on drop off and each time they say they will assess car when I drop it off and tell me how long it will take to fix it.... read more
NEVER GO HERE!!! This place has the worst service center ever! If I could rate it zero stars I would. They will promise you the world and deliver nothing. They have had my Escape for three weeks to rebuild the transmission after it failed (at only 65,000 miles and it's only a 2013... this was my second new Ford but it will be my last). I was told in the beginning it'd be a week and they gave me a rental, which actually took several hours for whatever reason. Then they kept promising the car would be ready at later dates.
