This places sucks hairy balls, literally I call twice to a schedule a damn oil, first appointment was at 4:00 when I go there they told me they closed early bc the employees were tired bc I was busy( in different words), second time my appointment was at 4:30 and the same shit, and the excuse was I was calling the one in Houston and they don’t have an idea of how busy is the one in Austin, since when Houston area code is 512, I don’t care if your employees are tired hired different ones, this places closed at 6:30 by 4 half ... read more

Absolutely terrible service. Consistently difficult to deal with. I’ve had to come here a number of times and have always had a very negative experience. They don’t care because they know you have no choice to go elsewhere for certain vehicle needs. They don’t have any sense of urgency. Poor attention to detail. I would discourage anyone from coming here if you can help it.
Had a serious issue with their service department, however, the manager, Jim May, personally handled it. Greatly appreciated.
