I'm not really happy with the charges. I only needed 1 key but your policy stated I have to buy 2 for $702.00? Isn't that my decision? You did not give me a choice and the prices were ridiculous! We are from out of town so we really did not have a choice but to go to this place or was no recommendations given to me by the service reps for an alternate resolution. Good, prompt customer service. Terrible price and work. Came in with, I thought may be, transmission trouble on a 2006 Ford Taurus. They charge $200 to diagnose the issue (the money would then go towards the fix if you chose to have them operate on the vehicle). They said the transmission would next to be replaced at a cost of $3k+. I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to Eagle Transmission down the street. I stopped in at the Parts Department for transfer case fluid, power steering fluid, and friction modifier. I provided the VIN for my vehicle to ensure I got the correct fluids. The parts employee gave me the wrong transfer case fluid which, had I used, would have damaged the transfer case and, instead of informing me that my vehicle has EPAS (and thus doesn’t take power steering fluid), he sold me fluid that doesn’t apply to my vehicle at all. Bought a new 2018 F150 for Christmas! It was 10+ years since my last vehicle purchase so I was not sure what to expect. But I walked in to showroom that was impressive and clean. Quickly was referred to Kyle Rowin and he walked me through everything without being pushy! He also was instrumental in helping me get the deal I was looking for so highly recommend Kyle for a pleasant sales experience.
