Service department is absolutely appalling. Spent 5k to get my truck fixed and 10,000 miles later it started making the same engine rattle is was making. Left a message with service manager to ask him to call me back. Took me three phone calls and three weeks for him to call me back, his excuse is that they changed computer software and never received my messages. I had been looking at several dealerships for a new f250. Out of boredom, I looked at the website for Maxwell. They had a carryover 2017 ford f250 in the color I liked with almost every option I wanted. It was priced right so I emailed the dealership about it.
